The Child Enrichment Center (CEC)

The Child Enrichment Center, is an outreach ministry of Highland Baptist Church. The CEC provides a child enrichment program consisting of developmental experiences geared to meet the individual needs of each child.

Our Philosophy

Children have the freedom to express, experience, and develop self-concepts, character and potential at their own pace in a happy, safe, Christian atmosphere.

All children from age 1 to pre-K are considered without regard to race, religion, color, or creed. Children with special needs are considered on an individual basis.

We offer the following programs:

• One year olds
• Two year olds
• Three year olds
• Four year olds
• Pre-K / Transitional Kindergarten
